I was skeptical at first about buying a refurb, but the box was new and professionally packaged and the item worked perfect. No scratches were found on the frame, no scratches on the glass, and the picture quality was fabulous. For the cost, it came the same manufacture warranty as a new and it worked just as well. Manufacture refurb was the way to save and be satisfied with this item.

This was a great buy. I was a little skeptical about Factory Refurbished but this item was spotless. Great value for the price. Picture quality is excellent for the size. I will be buying a few more for gifts. Thanks
Didn’t work, January 8, 2011
I’ve bought factory-refurbished stuff before, including a cell phone, so I was willing to take a risk on this. Don’t. The remote was, as other reviewers have noted, hard to operate. The interface was not user-friendly. And the screen kept going black as I loaded pictures, responding to neither touch nor the remote. Even turning it on and off and plugging and unplugging it as a last measure did not bring the frame back to life. It was intended as a Christmas present, so I had to replace it quickly from the local Staples with an HP frame that didn’t get the good reviews this did but WORKED. I returned it immediately, but am still waiting for my refund, despite the fact it arrived back at the company 10 days ago…
